The Uni Box S3 is a compact all-in-one integrated streaming amplifier solution. It combines the audiophile specialties of the MaiA S3 and adds high-quality streaming capabilities. The Uni Box S3 dares to break away from the norm, redefining what a modern streaming amplifier can be. While many amplifiers are dominated by deeply integrated streaming tech – compromising their core design – the Uni Box S3 takes a different path.

The Uni Box S3 masterfully bridges the worlds of analog and streaming. Your analog sources – like turntables – are not digitized, preserving their rich and lifelike sonic character. With a fully analog pre- & power amp design, every nuance of your music is delivered with breathtaking punch and dynamic precision. At Pro-Ject Audio Systems, our mastery of analog hardware design allows us to craft an astonishingly powerful amplifier within the sleek, compact aluminum case of the Uni Box S3. All this power remains entirely usable without a mobile app or the need to constantly update software.

Partnering with WiiM, the Uni Box S3 streaming technology is powered by the industry leading WiiM OS™. The Cirrus Logic CS4344 DAC offers a high quality resolution of up to 24bit and 192kHz.

With the Pro-Ject Home app you control the streaming options on input 8 – the streaming input. Setting up the WiFi connection is a breeze. Just open the app and it automatically detects your new Uni Box S3 and walks you through the setup process. Comfortably reset the WiFi connection via long press of the Stream button on the front panel.

Pro-Ject Home gives you access to all the major and many smaller streaming services. You can group multiple latest generation Pro-Ject streamers and build flexible multi-room systems (Compatible with Uni Box S3. Compatible with Stream Box E, Stream Box S3 & Wireless Box E available later in 2025).
The Uni Box S3 even allows you to stream any of your connected devices – turntable, CD player or even TV – to other compatible streamers. Uni Box S3 streaming its input to a Stream Box E and a stereo pair of Wireless Box E in different rooms – listen to your turntable in every room.

With the supplied remote you operate the analog volume control, switch inputs and mute/unmute the amplifier.

Versatile In- and Outputs
The Uni Box S3 offers a phono RCA MM input as well as two line RCA inputs for e.g. the CD Box S3. You can also connect digital sources like your TV or a CD transport via the coax or optical S/PDIF inputs and use the internal DAC with a quality up to 24bit and 192kHz. It also provides versatile output options. Use your favourite headphones to privately enjoy your favourite tracks or connect your speakers with the 4 mm banana plugs and the low noise amplifier will do the rest and provides you musical sound with lifelike characteristics. The variable RCA output also allows you to include a subwoofer or another power amplifier in your setup.
