This compact integrated amplifier offers unparalleled sound quality and an astonishing number of input interfaces – all the analog and digital inputs you could dream of. It perfectly combines delightful tube-like sound with a high-end 24bit/192kHz DAC. Despite its compact size, up to 9 sources can be connected to the amplifier simultaneously. The MaiA DS is upgradeable: with the Power Box MaiA DS you can almost double the power. The Power Box MaiA DS works as a single power adapter to which you can connect up to 5 Pro-Ject devices such as CD streamers and vinyl disc players. Control via remote control or app makes it extremely easy to use. The solid metal casing gives the unit an elegant appearance and protects it from electromagnetic interference.
A unique feature of the amplifier is the built-in Box Control system, which allows you to easily control this and other Pro-Ject remote control-enabled devices via a free mobile app. All you need to do is turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device and pair it with your MaiA DS, no Wi-Fi connection is required. The system works even during Bluetooth playback.
